The Holiday Stockings organization depends upon the ongoing financial support of its donors to continue to bring magic, smiles, hope and joy to a homeless child during the Holiday season.  For most of these children, one of our stockings is all they will receive for the holidays and our goal is to make it the very best gift possible.

Did you know...

•    In August 2005, Holiday Stockings became a 501c3 organization with tax-exempt status after a donation from Preston, Gates and Ellis, LLP and a generous donation from a volunteer with matching funds from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
•    We accept grants, financial and in-kind donations year round.
•    97% of our donation dollars go directly into the cost of producing a holiday stocking.
•    Each holiday stocking requires approximately $25 to produce.

We hope you can feel the excitement of making a difference in a desperate child’s life.  Because we are steadfastly frugal with our donations, we have had the privilege of serving the highest possible number of children that our funds will allow.  We remain committed to our goal to serve each and every homeless child in the Puget Sound region, whether sheltered or unsheltered, with the gift of a holiday stocking.
